MLOps Network Security Threat Detection

Full MLOps pipeline for phishing / network threat detection with data ingestion, validation, transformation, training, MLflow tracking, batch prediction, Docker, CI/CD (GitHub Actions) and AWS (S3 + EC2) deployment.

Data Loss Prevention using Machine Learning

Developed a web application incorporating integrated defenses against SQLi attacks, including encryption, session timeouts configured to 30 minutes, and robust brute-force protection protocols.

Log4j Vulnerability Scanner (CVE-2021-44228)

Spearheaded the design of a Log4j Vulnerability scanner that detected susceptibility on test servers with simulated vulnerabilities.

Malware Detection using Machine Learning

Trained a classifier achieving upwards of 90% detection accuracy on malicious executables (features included MD5, entropy).
